Breakfast had everything you need, nothing was missing and facilities where it was served were welcoming. As for the hotel signage, we had a hard time finding it because in addition to accessing it through narrow streets, hotel had a plaque outside, put 3 stars with the name "city" so we drove around without knowing that this was our hotel. name of the hotel was covered by a tree that was 1 meter away from the entrance and its sign and made it impossible to see. I had to get out of the car, enter the hotel and ask if it was that one because the GPS indicated that our journey was over.
That we were charged 15 euros for using the garage, because in addition to the fact that the reservation never mentioned this payment, we were not notified at the entrance of the hotel either. They told us when we had already paid for the room and we indicated that we wanted to take the car out. The garage was very, very narrow, so much so that the receptionist, both at the entrance and at the exit, had to give us directions during the manoeuvres because it would have been impossible for us to do it alone.

I really want to draw the attention of the receptionist. Her name is Virginia. She was always pleasant and attentive. professional. I had a problem with the parking. I chose this hotel when I knew that parking was available because I was going with a new car bought a few hours before. Well, it was foolhardy to put it in that driveway. I doubt that this parking lot is suitable for a hotel. risk of having an accident was very high. I was about to cancel my stay even though I lost the money and went to another hotel. If I stayed it was because Virginia helped me, advised me and informed me in which public parking payment could leave the car with total comfort. She saved my stay and that is why I decided to continue to stay there. easy thing would have been, not to tell me anything, to leave and hotel to rent my room again. She was honest and professional. Thank you very much.
I didn't like the mattress, but that's what the person likes. I don't think it's the hotel's fault. Mind you, the parking lot is not recommended at all. Horrible. The hotel for people who want to be in the center is perfect. Without a car, of course. Everything is close by and you can rest relatively well.

Helpful and friendly staff. Made a great recommendation about a Falmenco restaurant.
I was not clear that they would charge for breakfast.

We were able to walk a short way to use local buses.
We were too far from the historic district to walk there comfortably. Also, the clerk was unable to use my credit card which I'd used everywhere else in Spain, so I had to use my debit card which caused some problems.

This was a quaint and lovely old building. It was very roomy and we had a picture postcard view of an old cobblestone street with a stone fence and gorgeous bougainvilla in bloom. It was like going back into time...(only with nice facilities..tub/shower/toilet...large bathroom.)
There was no staff on site and we had to go down the street and around the block to the sister hotel for help...it was a little confusing, but once we found it, it was no big deal.

Had a memorable stay at this value-for-money hotel in the heart of Seville. Everything was good, particularly the fantastic views across town.- The location was fabulous, just a short distance from Metropol Parasol.

The hotel is located within the outer perimeter walls of the Historic Quarter and is a 25 minute walk to either the Plaza Espana or the Cathedral/Giralda, convenient for daytime walking, touring and shopping. The hotel sits within a quiet residential area however there are very few nice restaurants and/or bars nearby and it is necessary to either walk or take a bus to the city centre and a taxi ride return.
The hotel is comfortable but basic and we missed the availability of a nice welcoming bar in which to relax on returning from our daily excursions.
